By Decision № 749 / 14.03.2002, company case № 2886 according to the 1994 inventory of the Blagoevgrad District Court, BETON was transformed from a limited liability company into a sole proprietorship with limited liability with registered office and address of management in the town of Sandanski..
The company has the following bases:
- production base for concrete and lime mortars, equipped with an automated concrete mixer and storage facilities
- base for cutting timber and storage, equipped with specialized saw machines
- LPG filling station for filling LPG bottles and bottle storage facilities
- well-equipped car and machine park, where the equipment and machinery is maintained and fixed
- unit that monitors the latest innovations in construction, construction materials and production and construction equipment
What we do
Our main activities are construction, production of concrete and lime products and mortars, production of construction timber and professional transport and mechanization.
In the last 25 years we have managed to establish ourselves as one of the leading companies in construction within the Blagoevgrad region. Our policy is aimed at positioning the company as a preferred and reliable contractor of construction sites and manufacturer of concrete and lime mortars and concrete products, which we achieve through complex, quality and timely execution of orders and contracts with our customers and in strict compliance with the requirements of the Bulgarian and international standards and normative acts, concerning the processes of providing services and production of finished products.
Our production processes are standardized according to the requirements of internationally recognized standards: ISO 45000: 2018, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015.
We are registered with the Chamber of Builders and have the following certificates issued:
- Constructions first group, letter M and letter E.
- Constructions first group, from first to fifth category
- Constructions second group, from the first to the fourth category
- Constructions third group, from first to fifth category
- Constructions fourth group, from first to fifth category
- Constructions fifth group
Who are our clients
Some of the larger projects we have successfully completed in the last 25 years are:
- Manipulation workshop for tobacco and administrative building with a total built-up area of 17,000 square meters;
- Sewing workshop with a built-up area of 6000 sq. M. And the construction of TP and external power supply;
- Execution of AC, plumbing, electrical and HVAC parts of a sewing workshop in Sandanski;
- Improvement of residential complex “Izgrev-sever” and “Izgrev-yug” with investor municipality-Sandanski / water supply, sewerage and electricity networks, roads and vertical planning /;
